The EZSquid Shad 70 is LURESLAB’s next‑generation EGI–Shad hybrid, engineered to give anglers full water‑column control with a single lure. It merges the hydrodynamic efficiency of a squid jig with the responsive swimming behavior of a shad, creating a multifunctional tool for squid, cuttlefish,cephalopods in general.
A 70mm / 17.6g hybrid body designed for ultra‑shallow exploration, slow‑search suspension, and deep‑zone deployment when paired with an egg‑type sinker. Its squid‑inspired profile delivers smooth glide, controlled fall, and precise directional tracking — ideal for scanning flats, reefs, and structure.
Functional Modes
Ultra‑Shallow Mode Cast and slow‑retrieve to produce a side‑to‑side glide with subtle suspension. Perfect for skinny water, night fishing, and pressured areas.
Sinker‑Rigged Mode Add an egg-type TG sinker to convert the lure into a deeper-search EGI hybrid. Maintains stability and tracking even in current.
Deep‑Search Mode Controlled fall with a squid-like posture, allowing you to probe mid-depth and bottom zones with precision.
